Joint IOU proposal filed August 31 to revise bundled customer bills and tariffs to include a PCIA line item in accordance with Commission’s decision following Working Group 1’s proposal.
The joint proposal contained modifies the “breakdown of current charges or details” section of IOU customer bills to include the amount of PCIA that is included in the generation charge. Additionally, a definition of PCIA would be added to customer bills. This will only affect bundled customers since departing load customers already see a PCIA line item in the “details” section of their bills.
