On April 6, 2023, the California Independent System Operator ("CAISO") submitted its Draft 2024 Local Capacity Requirement ("LCR") Technical Report into the Resource Adequacy proceeding. On April 10, 2023, ALJ Chiv issued an e-mail ruling to provide a schedule for comments on the California Independent System Operator’s ("CAISO's") Draft and Final LCR and Flexible Capacity Requirement ("FCR") Reports, which were not originally scheduled in the Amended Scoping Memo. Comments on the Draft 2024 LCR Report are due by April 19, 2023.
