CalCCA and DACC filed a Joint Response to the Joint IOUs' Proposals to revise bundled customer bills and tariffs to include a PCIA line item in accordance with WG 1's proposal.
The Joint Response challenges PG&E and SCE's claim that implementation of the changes will need to be delayed due to system and billing updates. SDGE's Advice Letter does not anticipate a similar delay.
