Joint CCAs submitted timely protest to SDG&E's application.
Protest states the following:
o Application relies on stale forecast that will not result in full recovery.
o Commission should require SDG&E to modify its bundled sales forecast to ensure necessary revenue isrecovered from bundled customers.
o Propose March 4 Commission Vote for implementation June 1.
