SDG&E filed a response to the Joint CCA Protest.
In its response, SDG&E argues that sales forecast issue is out of scope, and that the Proceeding’s scope should be limited to “narrow accounting issues” that do not require testimony or hearings. SDG&E also commits to applying the billing determinants approved in the ERRA Forecast proceeding.
