The extension allows SDG&E to submit its reply to protests, and to submit the results of parties' discussion on a proceeding scope and schedule by September 14.
In response to the ALJ's September 1 Ruling setting an expedited schedule, SDG&E submitted a Rule 11.6 Motion for Extension of Time from September 13 to September 14 by 3 pm. The ALJ granted SDG&E's extension but set the filing deadline to 1 pm.
