Prior to the issuance of a Proposed Decision on the Portfolio Content Category ("PCC") issues relating to Voluntary Allocations ("VAs"), the Commission poses several questions for party comment. Specifically, the Commission asks whether VAs should be considered resales for the purpose of determining PCC classifications, how should the subsequent resale of contracts by an LSE affect their PCC classification, and consideration of these issues necessitate a change to filings in the VAMO process. Comments are due April 28, 2022.
