Commission Adds RPS-VAMO and Market Offer Process Issues to the Scope of the RPS Proceeding
The RPS Proceeding's scope has been amended to add the issues dealing with PCC classification of RECs in the VAMO process and the Joint IOUs' request to review the Market Offer Process through a Tier 3 Advice Letter.
