The Proposed Decision ("PD") adopts, with modification, the RPS plans of the IOUs and CCAs. Final plans are due 30 days following the adoption of the final decision. Collectively, the CCAs have executed enough renewable energy contracts to exceed their forecasted need in 2022 and plan to serve over 64,000 GWh of retail load in 2023. This decision describes only the sections of LSE procurement plans that are key, disputed, or seeking specific requests. Parties should follow individualized instructions when resubmitting their final plans.
