Staff Report to inform Commission's decision on expanding DA program delayed indefinitely. No update as of August 21, 2020.
ALJ McKinney sent an email on March 24, 2020 informing parties that the the direct access staff report has been further delayed due to circumstances outside Commission control. No specific target date has been set. Once the report is released, the ALJ will issue a revised procedural schedule to allow parties sufficient time to comment on the staff report.
