Pursuant to the April 11, 2022 Assigned Commissioner and Assigned Administrative Law Judges' ("ALJs'") Ruling Identifying Issues and Schedule of Review for 2022 Renewables Portfolio Standard ("RPS") Procurement Plans and Denying Joint IOUs’ Motion to File Advice Letters for Market Offer Process (“ACR”), as well as the modified procedural schedule for the RPS program set forth by the ALJ's Ruling on May 20, 2022, 21 parties filed motions to update their Draft 2022 RPS Plans originally filed in R-18-07-003 on July 1, 2022. With the service of these motions, the parties seek to incorporate information relating to the elections for voluntary allocations in San Diego Gas and Electric Company’s (“SDG&E's”) Voluntary Allocation Market Offer (“VAMO”) process into their RPS Plans.
