Pursuant to the Assigned Commissioner and Assigned Administrative Law Judges’ Ruling Identifying Issues and Schedule of Review for 2022 Renewables Portfolio Standard ("RPS") Procurement Plans and Denying Joint IOUs’ Motion to File Advice Letters for Market Offer Process ("ACR"), 41 retail sellers including Joint IOUs and Joint CCAs submitted their 2022 RPS Procurement Plans on July 1, 2022.
The definition of "retail sellers," as referred to within the ACR, is taken from Pub. Util. Code § 399.12(j) and includes the electrical corporations, community choice aggregators (CCAs), and electric service providers (ESPs).
