Decision extends statutory deadline in proceeding until March 15, 2021.
An Energy Division study was due on March 9, 2020. As of August 28, 2020, Energy Division has not completed its study. As a result, the ALJ proposes to extend the statutory deadline until March 15, 2921 so that parties can comment on the ED study and so that the Commission can consider those comments and adopt a decision with recommendations to the legislature regarding further expansion of DA.
