Resolution E-5154 adopts updated contract prices by Product Category to the feed-in-tariff program, ReMAT.
Pursuant to Decision ("D.") 20-10-005, Energy Division is to issue an annual draft Resolution to update the administratively set fixed avoided-cost market prices for each ReMAT Product Category using the most recently-executed RPS contract price data. Both PG&E and SCE are directed to modify their ReMAT Program tariffs to reflect the changes made in the Resolution.
