The draft resolution approves SDG&E's, PG&E's, and SCE's revised Renewable Market Adjusting Tariff ("ReMAT") Program tariffs and Power Purchase Agreements ("PPAs"). The resolution will approve, with modification, SDG&E Advice Letter ("AL") 3968-E/E-A, PG&E AL 6528-E/E-A, and SCE AL 4745-E/E-A. Comments on the draft resolution are due by August 8, 2022.
