Ruling Modifies Track 1 Schedule Relating to VAMO's Market Offer Process
The Commission has granted the IOUs request to modify the schedule for Track 1 of the 2022 RPS Procurement Plans to allow the IOUs to separately file confidential Market Offer process information and separate Motions to Leave to File Under Seal Confidential Market Offer Strategies by May 16, 2022. All other dates remain unchanged.
