SDG&E’s Application seeks approval of multiple 2022 revenue requirements including the Energy Resource Recovery Account (“ERRA”) revenue requirement, which includes greenhouse gas (“GHG”) costs and the Portfolio Allocation Balancing Account (“PABA”) revenue requirement. SDG&E also requests approval for its proposed 2022 vintage Power Charge Indifference Adjustment (“PCIA”) rates and the rate components for the Green Tariff Shared Renewables (“GTSR”) Program.
